Some users will find VisiSketchPro intuitive.  Other's may not.  A help system is included with the program which, apart from explaining the basics, also links to images and videos which explain some of the more subtle features of VisiSketchPro.  This help system is designed to be "to the point" and answer the real questions which are likely to arise rather than spend page after page repeating the obvious. 

In addition, there is a Frequently Asked Questions page which will give answers to questions which seem to arise repeatedly.  Check it often if you are having problems doing what you want to do in VisiSketchPro.  Other's may be having the same problem.
